We ship to all parts of Australia except Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands and the Australian Antarctic Territory.

We ship all items from Melbourne, Australia. Sometimes we may split your order and send it in more than one parcel.

Quickly email info@lupipop.com.au to change your address. Our warehouse team are fast. If your order is collected by the courier, then it is too late. Always double check your address before paying.

We process most orders within one business day. Standard delivery time for metro areas is 3 to 5 business days, 6 to 7 business days for country areas and 10 business days for rural areas. Express post will be 1 to 2 business days in the express network and slightly longer outside the express zone.

You can track your parcel once it leaves our warehouse. Look for that email or login to your account to see the tracking details.

Sometimes your tracking number is a bit slow to work. Please wait one day then try again. If that doesn’t work, then please contact our support staff (info@lupipop.com.au).

Usually, the courier leaves a note for you to collect your parcel from the nearest pick-up point. Only the person whose name is on the parcel can collect it. Further delivery attempts may be made. If your parcel isn’t collected, then it is eventually returned to our warehouse.

Rest assured, your parcel will be delivered even if outside the listed delivery times. You can always use the tracking information to see where your parcel is. If it is taking an unreasonable amount of time, then please email us (info@lupipop.com.au) with your order number and we will follow it up with the delivery company.

This should not happen but if it does the courier might have left your parcel with a neighbour or sent it to the nearest pick-up point. The tracking link should hopefully give you more information. Please email us (info@lupipop.com.au) if you can’t work out where your parcel is.

To give your Christmas parcels the best chance of arriving on time, send them as early as possible and by the cut-off dates below.
We recommend sending your Christmas parcels as early as possible, and by the cut-off dates below, to help delivering them there in time for Christmas Day.
