How do I return my order?

To return your item, you can fill in the withdrawal form. Please send an email to Please send us the order number article SKU and quantity, with the reason of return. Then our Customer Service will handle your ticket as soon as possible.

You’ll receive a message from our Customer Service as soon as possible with your free return options.


What are the return conditions?

• The cooling off period for Lupipop products is 30 days. The return period starts on the day you receive the item. For multiple items in one order, the cooling off period only takes effect once you have received all your products.

• If the product is damaged or incomplete, please let us know.

• If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return the product(s) if they are complete and in their original packaging and state.

Will I receive a full refund including transport costs?

To receive your full refund, it’s important to return your product in its original state. You can check out the product, but not actually use it to try it out (e.g. it’s not possible if your dog has already slept on the bed).

Return fee is applicable in case of return for refund, not in case of return for replacement.

When will I receive my refund?

It takes between 2 to 7 business days. This depends on the payment method you paid with.

I have returned more items than it says in my email

When you return more than one item, it’s possible that you’ll receive a separate return email for each product you return.

Who pays for the return of an item?  


* Change of Mind

* Incorrect Size

* Product colour disputes ( Slight colour changes may occur on the real product due to different colour resolutions on different devices )

( You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. )


* Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Item/Order


If you received a damaged shipment or product, please email photos of the damaged item to, include your Order number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


We know you might be worried about buying goods online. We back everything we sell with a One- year  warranty ( From sale date) that covers.


  • Defects in manufacturing 
  • Not being fit for purpose.

And will be voided for things such as: 

  • Normal wear and tear
  • damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, carelessness, natural disasters, kids, pets and so on
  • commercial use of non-commercial equipment ( unless allowed by the manufacturer ) 
  • modification by an unauthorised person 

 When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:

  • Repaired
  • replaced
  • refunded
